Located on Main Street in Chatham, Fiesta Cafe serves up fresh breakfast & lunch classics with a Mexican twist.

Start your day with fresh coffee, Mexican pastries & the best huevos rancheros this side of the Hudson. Our lunch menu offers a range of delicious options from sandwiches & burgers to Mexican specialties.

Fiesta Café is open 6 days a week Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday from 7am to 4pm. Friday & Saturday from 7am to 5pm. Wednesday we are CLOSED
